1. Tactical Authorization
By accessing the ARTIX autonomous engine, you agree to engage our resources for legitimate professional branding and digital engineering purposes only. Unauthorized attempts to decompile or subvert our proprietary algorithms are strictly prohibited.
2. Intelligence & Intellectual Property
Ownership of strategic output is defined as follows:
- Final Assets: Upon full project settlement, all final branding assets transfer to the client for unrestricted global deployment.
- Proprietary logic: ARTIX retains exclusive rights to the autonomous code, underlying architecture, and strategic methodologies used to generate the final assets.
3. Operational Limits
While our AI engines operate at 99.9% precision, all strategic advice is provided as high-level consultancy. Final market implementation and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the client.
4. Termination protocols
Either party may terminate the tactical engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of catastrophic breach of these terms, ARTIX reserves the right to immediately suspend all active digital engineering services.
